ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. hereby notifies its reputable Investors that first instance court accepted the request of the town in the lawsuit related to the termination of the agreement in Gheorgheni and suspended the effect of the notice given by the affiliated company of the Company in Gheorgheni (CDR) until the final decision in the lawsuit initiated by the town in relation with the resolution on the price of the municipality on 19 March 2015. Qualifying the notice of CDR as an administrative document, the first instance court made the above decision, obliging CDR to continue the service until the other lawsuit is closed. Following the reception of the explanation, CDR will exercise its right to appeal, considering that it deems the first instance decision as severely unlawful particularly considering that as a business association it is not an administrative body; its notice shall not be qualified as an administrative document.
