| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (“Company”) - in relation to current report no. 53/2016 concerning issue of Company’s U series bonds, carried out pursuant to a proper resolution of the Management Board no. 1 of 30 September 2016 - informs that on 3 October 2016, as a result of subscribing and paying by investors 80,000 offered ordinary bearer U series bonds with nominal value of PLN 1,000 each and total nominal value of PLN 80,000,000.00, the Management Board of the Company allotted the bonds pursuant to resolution no. 1 of 3 October 2016, and therefore the issue of bonds has come into effect.
