| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: Issuer or Company) hereby informs about making - due to a disclosed mistake - correction of the current report No. 59/2016/K dated on 12.19.2016 r. about correction of the current report no 59/2016 - Submission of a request of a Company’s shareholder for the convention of an Extraordinary General Meeting. This report was mistakenly passed as correction current report No. 59/2016 and incorrectly labeled No. 59/2016 / K, while the information included in it should be passed as a separate report marked another number 70/2016. Accordingly, the Company will re-transmit the above current report properly identify him No. 70/2016.
