AB INTER RAO Lietuva (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces that the Meeting of the Supervisory Council was convened on 29 December 2016 in which all appointed members of the Supervisory Council unanimously adopted the following resolutions:  1. Resolution. Appointment of the Chairman of the Supervisory Council;  Resolved: to appoint Evgeniya Popova, the member of the Supervisory Council, to the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Council.  2. Resolution.
