| Rada Administrująca AerFinance SE (‘Emitent’) informuje, iż w dniu 20 lipca 2016 uzyskała informacje o zawarciu przez spółkę zależną Artemis Investments sp. z o.o. następujących umów: 1) Umowa sprzedaży 80 000 akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii H1 w podwyższonym kapitale zakładowym spółki Indata S.A., za łączną cenę 80 000,00 zł. 2) Umowa nabycia części udziału handlowego, której przedmiotem jest 5% udziału w kapitale zakładowym spółki Auto-Spa CZ s.r.o. za cenę 80 000,00 zł. Artemis Investments sp. z o.o. zawarła porozumienie o kompensacie wzajemnych należności z tytułu wyżej wymienionych umów. Podstawa Prawna § 3 Załącznik nr 3 Regulaminu ASO Administrative board of AerFinance SE ("the Issuer") announces that on 20 July 2016 was informed about the conclusion by the subsidiary Artemis Investments sp. z o.o. the following agreements: 1) The sales agreement of 80 000 ordinary bearer shares series of H1 in capital InData SA, for a total price of 80 000,00 PLN. 2) The acquisition agreement of part of the share of trade, the object of which is 5% of the share capital of Auto-Spa CZ s.r.o. for the price of 80 000,00 PLN.
