SLEEPZ AG (ISIN DE000A2E3772 - "SLEEPZ") has been informed by Apeiron Investment Group Ltd. that - within the scope of the current financing commitment of EUR 5 million - it has been granted options to acquire approximately 27% of the company's shares from various shareholders. The term of the options is between 12 and 24 months. Other shareholders, representing around 24.4% of the share capital, have signed a lock-up of between 12 and 24 months with Apeiron to express their long-term commitment to the company. In addition, around 14.2% of the current share capital is held by strategic investors and executives. The free float therefore currently amounts to approx. 34%. New shares will be issued in the forthcoming acquisition of Stil Art Möbel (SAM) and Urbanara, which will also be accompanied by a lock-up agreement, so that the free float will not change or even decrease in percentage terms.
