AB INTER RAO Lietuva (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces that the Meeting of the Supervisory Council was convened on 16 July 2018 in which all appointed members of the Supervisory Council unanimously adopted the following resolutions: 1. Resolution. Revocation of the Management Board member of AB „INTER RAO Lietuva“ before term and appointment of the new member of the Management Board; Resolved: 1. To revoke Management Board member Ilnar Mirsiyapov from the Board of AB “INTER RAO Lietuva” before term. 2. To appoint to the Management Board of AB “INTER RAO Lietuva” Evgeny Sarymsakov. Mr. Evgeny Sarymsakov Education: Master’s Degree at Moscow State Institute of International Relations, qualification – International Law Work experience/last 5 years: 2012- Head of International Law Department of Legal Affairs Unit of PJSC Inter RAO Legal grounds: Article 17 of the EU Regulation on market abuse No 596/2014
