On 8th April 2019, International Personal Finance plc (“IPF”) announced that Fitch Ratings had affirmed IPF’s long-term credit rating at BB and revised the outlook from negative to stable. IPF now announces that Moody’s Investors Service has assigned a long-term credit rating of Ba3 stable outlook to IPF. Moody’s Investors Service has also assigned a rating of Ba3 to IPF’s senior unsecured debt obligations. IPF now has long-term credit ratings from two global credit rating agencies, both with stable outlook.
