Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "the Issuer" or "the Company") informs that today the Issuer received an information that the Issuer and the Issuer's subsidiary Sellpro Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław received subsidies for the settlement period: June 2021 in the amounts of PLN 4.445.183,59 and PLN 1.777.434,99 respectively, pursuant to Article 15gg of the Act of 2 March 2020 on special solutions related to the prevention, counteraction and combating of COVID-19, other infectious diseases and emergencies caused by them. As a result of the analysis, the Issuer has determined that it is justified to classify the above information as confidential information within the meaning of art. 17 clause 1 MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report. Legal basis: Article 17 para. 1 MAR (Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council UE NO 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Regulation on market abuse) and repealing Directive 2003/6 /EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC).
