Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. (Spółka) niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 22 marca 2016 r. postanowieniem Sądu Okręgowego w Warszawie, VII Wydziału Cywilnego Rejestrowego do rejestru funduszy inwestycyjnych, pod pozycją RFI 1333 został wpisany AFORTI MICROLOANS Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Fundusz”).

Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 2 pkt 2) Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

(joint stock company) hereby informs that as of 22 March 2016 by order of the VII Registry Court: District Court in Warsaw, AFORTI MICROLOANS Closed-End Private Equity Fund based in Warsaw (Fund) entered into the register of investment funds with the number RFI 1333.

Legal basis: Article 3, section 2, Item 2, Appendix 3 to Alternative Trading System Regulations "Current and Periodic Information Exchanged within the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market".
