| On 19 May 2009 Photon Engineering s.r.o. signed an overdraft facility for CZK 4,000,000 (EUR 150,000, PLN 656,000) for working capital purposes with Èeská spoøitelna a.s. The facility is valid for 12 months and bears interest at 1-month PRIBOR + 4% per annum.
