| IMMOEAST AG publikuje ponownie raport nr 16/2008 z dnia 29.10.2008r który zawierał błąd w angielskim tłumaczeniu. Correction due to a translation error regarding english version of ad-hoc announcement. Immoeast provided funds from the proceeds of the latest capital increase to Immofinanz Beteiligungs AG (IBAG) through purchase of an investment instrument. These funds were transferred by Immoeast to a bank account held by IBAG with Constantia Privatbank. Thereof EUR 520 m are still outstanding and payable to Immoeast. Immoeast and the Immofinanz Group hold no interest in IBAG. There is suspicion to believe that these funds which were transferred from Immoeast to IBAG, without the boards of IBAG having been appropriately informed of this transfer and therefore themselves not having disposed of these funds. For this reason, an investigation is necessary to determine who at Constantia Privatbank actually controlled the IBAG accounts and how the funds were eventually disposed of. In order to clarify these questions, the Executive Board of Immoeast will submit a full report of the facts known to the Austrian federal prosecutor. Immoeast has received a statement from Contantia Packaging B.V. announcing their intention of assuming and meeting IBAG's liabilities and obligations. Immoeast will undertake its utmost to protect and enforce its claim against Constantia Packaging B.V. and to assess whether such claim against Constantia Packaging B.V. is fully sustainable. Furthermore, the Executive Board of Immoeast will investigate Constantia Privatbank's liability for damages resulting from the aforementioned transactions. | |||||||||||
