| Raport bieżący numer 5/2009 z dnia 27 lutego 2009 roku Rada Dyrektorów spółki Atlas Estates Limited ("Spółka") niniejszym informuje, że dnia 19 lutego 2009 r. zarząd Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych S.A. ("GPW") podjął uchwałę nr 91/2009, stwierdzającą, że 174.760 akcji zwykłych Spółki zostało dopuszczonych do obrotu na rynku regulowanym GPW. Na mocy powyższej uchwały, zarząd WSE postanowił wprowadzić z dniem 23 lutego 2009 r. w trybie zwykłym do obrotu giełdowego na rynku podstawowym 174.760 akcji zwykłych Spółki, oznaczonych przez Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. ("KDPW") kodem ISIN GB00B0WDBP88. Równocześnie, Rada Dyrektorów Spółki ogłasza, że pierwsze notowanie tych akcji miało miejsce 23 lutego 2009 r. W wyniku tej rejestracji oraz dopuszczenia akcji do obrotu giełdowego, obecnie do obrotu na rynku regulowanym na GPW zostało dopuszczonych 50.303.144 akcji Spółki, co nie obejmuje 18.870 Akcji Zwykłych, które istnieją w formie dokumentu. Spółka nie wyemitowała nowych Akcji Zwykłych, a łączna liczba wyemitowanych akcji zwykłych wynosi 50.322.014 (w tym akcje własne posiadane przez Spółkę). Podstawa prawna: Art. 34 ust. 1,2 i 3 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 pa¼dziernika 2005 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych (Dz. U. z 2005 r., nr 209, poz. 1744). Current report no. 5/2009 dated 27 February 2009 The Board of Directors of Atlas Estates Limited (the “Company") hereby announces that on 19 February 2009 the management board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE") adopted resolution No. 91/2009, indicating that 174,760 ordinary shares in the Company were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the WSE and based on which the management board of the WSE decided to introduce to trading on the primary market, as of 23 February 2009, in the ordinary course of action, 174,760 ordinary shares in the Company, marked by the National Depository of Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) (the “PNDS") with ISIN code No. GB00B0WDBP88. Simultaneously, the Company’s Board of Directors announces that the first listing of the aforementioned shares in the Company was scheduled for 23 February 2009. As a result of the abovementioned registration and admission of the shares, the number of shares in the Company admitted to trading on the regulated market of the WSE is 50.303.144 which excludes the 18.870 Ordinary Shares which are held in certificated form. The Company has not issued any new ordinary shares and the total number of ordinary shares in issue remains 50,322,014 (including Company’s own shares).
