15 November 2013 INTERNATIONAL PERSONAL FINANCE PLC (“IPF") ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT TO ISSUE EURO MEDIUM TERM NOTES . We are pleased to announce that as part of IPF’s strategy to diversify and extend funding, we have agreed to issue Czech Koruna bonds in an amount of CZK 250,000,000 (c£7.7M). The bonds have been issued for a term of 5 years at a fixed coupon of 5.25%. The bonds are to be issued under our existing euro medium-term note programme, and final settlement is scheduled for 21 November 2013.
