| Prague, 31 March 2014 – ÈEZ, a. s., announced today its invitation to eligible holders of its outstanding EUR 600,000,000 5.75% due 2015 and EUR 500,000,000 3.625% due 2016 to tender their Existing Notes for purchase by ÈEZ, a. s. for cash. The pricing conditions of the tender will be announced on 7 April 2014. Société Générale and UniCredit Bank AG act as Joint Dealer Managers for the transaction. | ||||||||||||
