| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Issuer" or "Company") informs that on 28 November 2016 received information that the Management Board of the Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. ("KDPW") , pursuant to the resolution no 754/16 dated on 14 November 2016, decided to register on 16 November 2016 in the deposit for securities 80,000 (eighty thousand) U series bearer shares of the Issuer with the nominal value of PLN 1,000.00 (one thousand zlotys) each, with redemption day established on 3 October 2018 and mark them with the code PLWRKSR00084 ("Shares").
