| The Board of Directors of Ovostar Union N.V. informs that all procedures related to disbursement of a syndicated loan of EUR 14.5 million from AKA Ausfuhrkredit-GmbH and Landesbank Berlin AG have been completed successfully. This 7-year credit facility has been provided with the export credit cover by Euler Hermes AG. The loan proceeds obtained as a part of export financing program are used to finance purchase of poultry housing equipment. This will enable the Company to continue implementation of investment plans and materialize organic growth. | |||||||||||
