| IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o.o. (the Company) announces that it intends to undertake actions aimed at the potential acquisition of series B bonds, ISIN PLIPFIP00025, each with a nominal value of PLN 100,000 and issued by the Company on 1 October 2010 (the Bonds), in order to redeem them (the Buyback). The bonds are listed on the Catalyst market as part of the Alternative Trading System organised by BondSpot S.A. Bondholders interested in participating in the Buyback are requested to contact Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. by mail at [email protected] in order to establish the conditions of transfer of the Bonds.
