| The Management Board of IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o.o. hereby announces that on 29 September 2010, the Warsaw Stock Exchange granted IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o.o. (“IPF IP") access to the Electronic Information Base (EBI). Thus, IPF IP will hereafter provide current and periodical information via the EBI system. Additionally, the Management Board of IPF IP announces that current and periodical information will be presented in English. Legal basis: - Appendix to the Resolution No. 450/2009 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw S.A. dated 25 September 2009 concerning the rules of providing current and periodical information in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market and on Catalyst and providing current and periodical information by issuers of debt financial instruments authorised by Catalyst, §10. - § 20 section 5 of the Rules and Regulations for the Alternative Trading System organised by BondSpot S.A. |
