| The Management Board of IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o.o. (“IPF IP") hereby announces its intention to list bonds issued by IPF IP on the wholesale market of the alternative trading system, ASO BondSpot which is organised by BondSpot S.A. and constitutes part of the Catalyst bond platform. Accordingly, on 28 September 2010, IPF IP filed a respective motion with BondSpot S.A.
