The resignations will come into effect on October 29th, 2008. Reithofer, CEO of Wienerberger AG, is thereby complying with the request by the supervisory board of Wienerberger AG to step down from his time-consuming positions on the IMMOFINANZ and IMMOEAST supervisory boards. Süßenbacher cites the current global economic situation, which is demanding his full attention as CEO of Umdasch AG, as the reason for his resignation. The appointment of a new chairman and deputy chairman will be on the agenda of the supervisory board meetings of IMMOFINANZ and IMMOEAST on October 29th, 2008. | |
