| PRESS RELEASE UNICREDIT: MOODY’S RATING UPDATE. LONG/SHORT TERM RATINGS UNAFFECTED, BFSR TO C FROM C+. UniCredit announces that today the rating agency Moody’s changed the BFSR (Bank Financial Strength Rating) to C, with negative outlook, from C+. Long and short term counterparty credit rating (Aa3/P-1) are unaffected by this rating action. Outlook remains stable.
