| The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (the "Company") informs about the following amendment to the current report No. 1/2010 of 18 January2010. The Company will publish its consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2010 on August 25, 2010 instead of August 27, 2010. Consolidated interim report for the 3 rd quarter of 2010 will be published as announced on November 12, 2010. Legal grounds: par. 100(2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 October 2005 on the Current and Periodical Information to be Provided by Issuers of Securities. | |
