Deutsche Bank and LGT Group have agreed on important aspects of the sale of BHF-Bank to LGT Group. The two parties have agreed to conduct exclusive negotiations, effective immediately, concerning the sale of BHF-Bank. The negotiations to finalize the contractual details should be completed during the first quarter of 2011. The two companies have also agreed to maintain confidentiality until then.
