| Marius ®utautas, former Production director of the Agrowill Group, AB, replaces general director Algirdas Pereckas at his position. Marius ®utautas, who will replace A.Pereckas, has experience in the field of real estate and the management of holding-type companies. In the autumn of 2010 Marius ®utautas was elected into the Board of the Company and he holds a position of a production director since the spring of 2011. Further increase of the production effectiveness, introduction and maintenance of centralized economy management processes remain the main tasks of the new director. Marius ®utautas will remain in a position of a director of UAB “Agro Management Team", a subsidiary company of AB “Agrowill Group" which provides agricultural property management services and started its activities in 2011.
