In compliance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, Nova KBM d.d., Maribor, hereby makes the following announcement: Igor ®ibrik was yesterday granted a licence by the Bank of Slovenia to hold the office of member of Nova KBM's Management Board, thus fulfilling all legal and formal requirements to start working at the Bank. Igor ®ibrik will start his new position in the second half of August. Igor ®ibrik was born in ©empeter at Gorica. He holds a BSc in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Maribor and an MSc from the University of California in Santa Cruz. He has 18 years experience in banking, both at home and abroad. Before joining Nova KBM, he served as a member of the Management Board of NLB Prishtina, with his responsibility being risk management, prior to which he had worked for Creditanstalt AG and HVB Bank Austria in Vienna and Prague, and had been in charge of relationships with corporate customers at Raiffeisen Bank. This announcement will be available on the Bank's website (www.nkbm.si) from 3. August 2012.
