| In June 2012, FL Technics AB, a global provider of integrated aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services, acquired Boeing 737-600 airframe excluding engines and landing gear from AeroTurbine Inc, a subsidiary of International Lease Finance Corp Inc. The airframe will be used for part out and will be dissembled by AeroTurbine Inc. in USA.
