| "Work Service" S.A. (the Issuer) hereby informs of convening the meeting of the holders of series Q, R and S bonds issued under the programme to issue the bonds up to the total value of PLN 100,000,000 the Issuer established under Resolution No. 3/2013 of the Issuer’s Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting dated 24 September 2013 (the Bonds) (the Bondholders Meeting). The Bondholders Meeting shall be held at 01:30 p.m. on 29 June 2016 2016 (Wednesday) in Warsaw at the registered office of Haitong Bank, S.A. Spółka Akcyjna Oddział w Polsce, at ul. Złota 59, 00-120 Warsaw, Lumen entrance, 5 floor (the Meeting Date). At the Bondholders Meeting the holders of series Q, R and S Bonds shall adopt a resolution on acknowledging that the issue of the new bonds by the Issuer and establishing the security interest for the new bonds shall not be an event of default under the relevant terms of the series Q, R and S Bonds. The detailed information on the agenda and the business of the Bondholders Meeting is available in the notice on convening the Bondholders Meeting is attached to this current report. Legal basis: 1. Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments into organized trading system and on public companies (Dz.U. of 2009, No. 185, item 1439, as amended) 2. § 4 of Schedule No. 4 to the Rules of Catalyst - the Alternative Trading System operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange 3. § 4 of Schedule No. 3 to the Rules of the Alternative Trading System organised by BondSpot S.A.
