ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. hereby notifies its reputable Investors that the Registration Court of the Metropolitan Court of Justice registered the capital decrease of the Company today. Antecedents: The Company decided to decrease its registered capital on 13/02/2014 to the amount of HUF 271,725,790. The decision was challenged by stockholder of the Company; Dr. Tibor Botos at the Metropolitan Court of Justice, considering which the Court suspended the implementation of the capital decrease. The litigation was won by the Company. Prior to the registration at the Court of Registration, the former creditor of the Company, FleetConcept Kft. had initiated judicial review proceedings against the Company in relation with the capital decrease referring that it was the creditor of the Company at the time. Accepting the legal point of view of the Company, The Court of Registration rejected the application of FleetConcept Kft., terminated the judicial review proceedings and registered the capital decrease in the Company Registry.
