With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is informing the public that from 29 August 2014 up to and including 4 September 2014 Krka acquired 5,740 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 368,505 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., Ilirika borzno posredni¹ka hi¹a d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 32,606 representing 0.099% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 38,346 representing 0.117% of all shares issued.
