| Pursuant to Article 160 section 4 of the Financial Instruments Trading Act, the Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. (the “Company") informs that on April 18, 2016, the Company received a notification from Mr. Zhu Yun, a Member of the Board of Directors regarding his disposal of Company’s shares. Mr. Zhu Yun is obliged to notify of the transaction due to the fact that he holds the position of Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, pursuant to art. 160 section 1.1 of the Financial Instruments Trading Act. Mr. Zhu Yun on April 18, 2016 disposed of 1,600,000 common bearer’s shares of the Company. The transaction took place outside New Connect Market (organized trading). The transaction was executed in New York. Mr. Zhu Yun disposed of the aforesaid 1,600,000 common bearer’s shares for the average price of USD 0.83 for one share, i.e. for the total price of USD 1,328,000 as a result of share exchange agreement regarding 800,000 shares in Milestone Scientific, Inc.
