| ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc ("Company") hereby informs its reputable Investors that as previously announced E-Star Geotherm Ltd, E-Star Távhõfejlesztési Ltd, E-Star Kockázati Tõkealap-kezelõ Zártkörûen Mûködõ Részvénytársaság, E-Star Reorganizáció-01 Ltd, E-Star Transzfer-02 Ltd, E-Star Debt-Equity-03 Ltd and E-Star Capital-Share-04 Ltd. shall merge into E-Star ESCO Ltd by 31/08/2014. Following the merger, E-Star ESCO Ltd shall be the legal successor of the merging companies and the subject of rights and liabilities. As a consequence of the conversion, the Hungarian operation of the corporate group shall be significantly simplified and become more cost efficient. | |||||||||||
