With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is informing the public that from 5 October 2015 up to and including 9 October 2015 Krka acquired 3,184 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 192,957 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., Ilirika borzno posredni¹ka hi¹a d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 273,491 representing 0.834% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 276,675 representing 0.844% of all shares issued.
