| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby informs about receiving information on the adoption of the resolution no 10/2017 by the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (“Stock Exchange”) dated on 4 January 2017, according to which the Management Board of Stock Exchange decided to introduce into the alternative trading system on Catalyst 80.000 (eighty thousand) U-series bearer bonds of Work Service S.A. with nominal value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each. At the same time Issuer hereby informs about receiving information on the adoption of the resolution no 3/O/2017 by the Management Board of BondSpot S.A. (“Bond Spot”) dated on 4 January 2017, according to which the Management Board of BondSpot decided to introduce into the alternative trading system on Catalyst 80.000 (eighty thousand) U-series bearer bonds of Work Service S.A. with nominal value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each. Legal basis: §34(1) 2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding the current and periodic information given by the issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent of the information required by law of a country which is not a Member State. | ||||||||||||
