| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby informs about receiving information on the adoption of the resolution no 10/2017 by the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (“Stock Exchange”) dated on 4 January 2017, according to which the Management Board of Stock Exchange decided to introduce into the alternative trading system on Catalyst 80.000 (eighty thousand) U-series bearer bonds of Work Service S.A. with nominal value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each. At the same time Issuer hereby informs about receiving information on the adoption of the resolution no 3/O/2017 by the Management Board of BondSpot S.A. (“Bond Spot”) dated on 4 January 2017, according to which the Management Board of BondSpot decided to introduce into the alternative trading system on Catalyst 80.000 (eighty thousand) U-series bearer bonds of Work Service S.A. with nominal value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each.
