(“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors on the basis of the information received from the Romanian operation about the following: The Romanian court of justice rejected the action of the Company at first instance in which the Company requested the amount of RON 1,302,516.85 default interest calculated on the district heating subsidy which had been declared finally.
