| The Board of Play Communications S.A. (the “Company”) hereby reports that it received Resolution No. 805/2017 adopted by the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (“WSE”) on 26 July 2017 in which the WSE Management Board resolved: 1. to introduce 250,000,000 (two hundred fifty million) ordinary bearer shares in the Company with a par value of EUR 0.00012 each labeled by National Securities Depository S.A.
