| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: Issuer) shall make public the information received on 29 January 2019 from Mr Tomasz Misiak pursuant to art. 19 paragraph. 1 MAR (Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (regulation on market abuse) and revoking Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and Council and of the Directive of the Commission 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/C and 2004/72/EC.) The notice referred to in the first sentence is annexed to this report.
