| Zarząd Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu informuje, iż w dniu 10 sierpnia 2015 Spółka podpisała aneks do umowy z dnia 10 czerwca 2015 roku ("Umowa’) z Autoryzowanym Doradcą DFI sp. z o.o. , o której Spółka informowała w raporcie bieżącym numer 13/2015. Wprowadzenie zmian do Umowy związane jest z decyzją Spółki o rozszerzeniu listy instrumentów finansowych będących przedmiotem wprowadzenia do Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu NewConnect o akcje serii A. Decyzja ma charakter warunkowy, gdyż wymaga zgody Walnego Zgromadzenia Spółki oraz rejestracji przez Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy zmian w statucie Spółki w zakresie zamiany akcji serii A z akcji imiennych na akcje zwykłe na okaziciela. Aneks wprowadza również zmianę w harmonogramie działań zmierzających do wprowadzenia akcji serii A, C, D, i E poprzez uwzględnienie czasu niezbędnego na przeprowadzenie ww. procedury związanej z akcjami serii A. Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust.2 pkt. 18 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect” // The Board Planet Soft SA based in Wroclaw announces that on 10th of August 2015 Company signed an annex to the agreement dated on the 10th of June 2015 (the "Agreement") with the Authorised Adviser DFI Limited of which the Company informed in the current report No. 13/2015. Changes to the Agreement is related to the Company's decision to expand the list of financial instruments that are the subject of the introduction of the Alternative Trading System NewConnect shares of series A. The decision is conditional, because it requires the consent of the General Meeting of the Company and registration of the National Court Register of changes in the Company's Articles of Association conversion of Series A shares of registered shares into bearer ordinary shares. Annex also introduces a change in the schedule of activities aimed at introducing shares of series A, C, D, and E by taking into account the time required to carry out the above. the procedure relating to the shares of Series A.
