| The General Meeting of the company TwigoNet Europe, SE held on the 12.8.2015 adopted the following resolution: “The General Meeting approves delisting of all its shares listed on European regulated market NewConnect organised by Warsaw Stock Exchange from this market with immediate effect.” Shareholders representing 95.52% of voting rights were present on the meeting. Resolution has been adopted by 100% of votes. The management of the company will act according this resolution. |
