| The Board of Directors of TrophyResort Nyrt. (”the Company”) informs that Ozsváth Imre has resigned from Supervisory Board and announced it to the Company on the 9th of December 2015. The resignation is not yet in effect according to the Hungarian Laws. The next General Meeting will make the decision on the resignation and elect a new member of the Supervisory Board. The Company will report the General Meeting Resolutions and also the day the resignation will come into effect.
