UniCredit informs that the Company has received from Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario - S.p.A. a communication stating that they own an amount of UniCredit ordinary shares equaling to 6.761% of the ordinary UniCredit share capital of which an amount of UniCredit ordinary shares equaling to 6,757% of the ordinary UniCredit share capital with right of usufrutto (usufruct) pursuant to Article 2352 of the Italian Civil Code over the Shares in favour of UniCredit S.p.A.
