| The Management Committee of Automotive Components Europe SA (Company) announces that between October 20 and October 24, 2008, during the trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Company purchased its own shares in the amount of 14 572 , each having a nominal value of 0.15 € . Acquired shares give right to 14 572 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders and constitute 0.07 % of the Company's share capital. The average price of purchased shares was PLN 5.36. Since the commencement of the Program the Company acquired in total 44 082 of its own shares. The total number of shares purchased since the buy-back of the program give a right to 44 082 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders and constitute 0.20 % of the Company's share capital. The Company acquires its own shares based on the share buy back program commenced on September 01, 2008. The program was adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 17, 2008. The Program will be continued for the period of one year, or until the funds, in the amount of 2 m euro, allocated for the execution of the program are depleted. Powyższe akcje własne Spółki dają łącznie 14 572 głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu akcjonariuszy Spółki i stanowią 0.07% kapitału zakładowego Spółki. Średnia jednostkowa cena nabycia wynosiła 5.36 złotych za akcję. Od dnia rozpoczęcia Programu Spółka nabyła łącznie 44 082 akcji własnych. Akcje własne nabyte przez Spółkę od dnia rozpoczęcia Programu dają łącznie 44 082 głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu akcjonariuszy i stanowią 0.20% kapitału zakładowego Spółki. Spółka nabywa akcje własne w ramach rozpoczętego w dniu 01 września 2008 roku programu nabywania akcji własnych przyjętego przez Walne Zgromadzenie Akcjonariuszy z dnia 17 czerwca 2008 roku. Program będzie trwał maksymalnie jeden rok, nie dłużej jednak niż do chwili wyczerpania środków finansowych przeznaczonych przez Walne Zgromadzenie na realizację programu w kwocie 2 mln euro. | |
