| PRESS RELEASE Composition of share capital Following the capital increase resolved on by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of May 13, 2014, UniCredit announces that no. 65,621,091 new ordinary shares and no. 25,415 new savings shares were issued (regular entitlement 1/1/2014 – current coupon no. 4). Therefore, the share capital (fully subscribed and paid-up) as a result of the carriyng out of above capital increase will amount to € 19,905,773,742.24 and is divided into 5,865,778,463 shares with no par value, in turn made up of 5,863,329,150 ordinary shares and 2,449,313 savings shares.
