| On 11 June 2015 Krka, d.d., Novo mesto (hereafter Krka) received a notification from Allianz ZB d.o.o., dru¹tvo za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondom, Nike Gr¹kovića 31, 1000 Zagreb, Croatia (hereafter Allianz ZB), that on 11 June 2015 Allianz ZB acquired 71,731 Krka shares on behalf of AZ mandatory pension fund category A and AZ mandatory pension fund category B. Consequently Allianz ZB holds 1,666,873 Krka shares. After these transactions the shareholding of Allianz ZB in Krka increased from 4.86% to 5.08%. | |||||||||||
