(“the Bank") hereby informs that on 25th May 2016 directors of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 18th May 2016: - his connected persons acquired: (i) 160 shares of the Bank at 4.0668 euro per share and (ii) 201 shares of the Bank at 4.0668 euro per share, - his connected person acquired 14 shares of the Bank at 4.0668 euro per share.
