"cs.a."* ("Company") informs its Investors that on the basis of the information sent today by the Hungarian Branch Office of Deutsche Bank AG:  On 5th August 2013 the Utilico Emerging Markets Limited sold its 140.001 shares (being in its complete ownership), therefore its influence has been decreased to zero within the Company.  On 5th August 2013 the DB London Global Equities has purchased 139.357 shares, therefore its influence in the Company increased above 5%.  On 6th August 2013 the DB London Global Equities’ shares of stock has decreased to 127.341 shares and its influence under 5% int he Company.
