Krka, d. d., Novo mesto (hereafter Krka) announces that it has received notifications on changes of major shareholdings on 10 July 2014 from Slovenski dr¾avni holding, d. d. and on 8 July 2014 from Kapitalska dru¾ba pokojninskega in invalidskega zavarovanja d. d. According to the decision of 19th Annual General Meeting of Krka shareholders from 3 July 2014 on decrease of share capital by cancelation of treasury shares, major shareholding of Slovenski dr¾avni holding, d. d., Mala ulica 5, Ljubljana increased from 14.99% to 16.20%, where the number of Krka shares held by this shareholder is unchanged, and major shareholding of Kapitalska dru¾ba pokojninskega in invalidskega zavarovanja d. d., Dunajska cesta 119, Ljubljana increased from 9.86% to 10.652%, where the number of Krka shares held by this shareholder is unchanged.
