| Reinhold Europe AB (the Company) hereby announces that today it obtained the following information from its shareholders: Information sent by Dormberg Investments Ltd.: On the basis of Art. 69 § 1, item 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies (Dz. U. of 2005, No. 184, item 1539 with later amendments), we hereby announce that as a result of over-the-counter selling of A-series shares in REINHOLD EUROPE AB (the “Company”), our total number of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company has changed on 15th December 2016. Prior to abovementioned transfer we held 900,000 A-series shares, which represented 0.82% of share capital and entitles to 9,000,000 votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company, representing 7.63% of the total number of votes.
