| ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. and EETEK Ltd. hereby inform the Honourable Investors, that the liquidator of E-STAR Mures Energy has informed the Romanian operations today that on 14/07/2017 it commissioned Equilor Befektetési Zrt. to sell 55,316 pcs of ENEFI shares. As a consequence of the above, 55,316 pieces of shares from the 55,531 shares indicated in the information of the Company dated on 14th* July 2017 have been purchased from the liquidator of E-STAR Mures Energy. E-STAR Mures Energy is an affiliate of the Company not belonging in the circle of consolidation of the Company. | |||||||||||
