| ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc hereby informs its Honourable Investors on the basis of the notification from the Romanian operations as follows: According to the current situation of the lawsuit the Târgu Mures Tribunal may make a judgement on 05/07/2019 in the repeated hearings of the lawsuit between E-Star Mures Energy and the Municipality of Târgu Mures at first instance. This is the second hearing of the lawsuit at first instance after the Regional High Court had explained in its decision that Mures legally terminated the agreement between the parties and instructed the Tribunal to determine the amount of compensation for damages in repeated hearings. Taking the above into consideration according to the opinion of Mures, only the amount may be questionable in the present judgement. The amount claimed by Mures in the lawsuit was reduced to RON 75,318,363.99 (approx. EUR 15.9 million) + default interest (approx. RON 43 million). ROB 39.7 million (+ default interest) was specified in the basic report of the specialist assigned by the tribunal as the amount due to Mures. The Company hereby calls attention to the following: according to the previous experiences of the Company the further delay of the case cannot be excluded and there is no guarantee that a favourable decision will be made for Mures or in case of a favourable decision the claimed amount will be judged for the Company. | |||||||||||
